SurveyGram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SurveyGram operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
